May 12 – September 8 – HuskyShows Summer Concert Series at McClellan Conference Center, Sacramento, CA

It’s going to be a hot time in Sacramento this year at the COOLEST venue – The Hangar at McClellan Conference Center – with the same world-class style you’ve come to love with HuskyShows!  While we still mourn the loss of the outdoor Grove at the Red Lion Hotel from two years ago, producer Tom Huskiens has quickly made this a sweet stop at this larger indoor venue! What’s not to love about being easier to find, easier to park, safe and secure access and lighting, professional food service and beverages, a hotel within walking distance AND a climate-controlled indoor venue (no more sweltering in the hot Sacto sun!)? It’s time to make that monthly pilgrimage to the McClellan!

July 27 – Dave Koz and Friends Summer Horns II Tour (Dave Koz, Rick Braun, Richard Elliot, Gerald Albright, Aubrey Logan)

September 8 – Boney James with Avery*Sunshine

May 12 & 19 – Martini Blu Wine & Jazz Festival, Houston, TX *REVISED

I was going to tell you about the great lineup that this cool club was putting together for a series…then found out that they moved to new digs and changed their vision of what they want to present to the public. They want to do more to bring music to Houston, but are reconsidering their options and putting on the brakes of an outdoor festival in March and focusing their attention for a festival in September.

That being said, they are now converting their March Wine and Jazz Fest to a Spring and Summer Series at their new location. If you had purchased tickets for this festival, your ticket is valid to attend the series of your choice. If you purchased the weekend pass, it will be good for both series at no extra cost.

Series 1:

May 19 – Marcus Johnson

Series 2:

May 12 – Mike Philipps
